Privacy notice

Émmage Consulting Ltd collects limited personal data through this website: the details you submit through the contact form (name, organisation, email address, country or region, and the message you send us) and, if you choose to sign up for publication notices, the email address you give us for that purpose.

How we use it

We use contact form submissions to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to keep a record of our correspondence with an organisation we are working with or may work with. We use subscription email addresses solely to let you know when a new insight is published — there is no newsletter cadence beyond that, and no other use of that address.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as they remain relevant to an active or prospective engagement, and no longer than is reasonably necessary for that purpose. Subscription email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Who we don't share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Where a specialist from our engagement network needs to see part of an enquiry to help us respond to it, we share only what is necessary. We also use service providers, such as our email and hosting providers, who process data on our instructions.

Your rights

If you are in the UK, you have rights under UK GDPR, including the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, and to ask us to delete it or stop using it.
