Kekeli Ahiable

A senior strategy and programme delivery expert with a proven track record spanning infrastructure, trade and industrial development. Kekeli specialises in navigating complex institutional landscapes, guiding high-stakes initiatives from root-cause diagnosis through to full-scale implementation.

Over a decade and a half, Kekeli has operated at the critical intersection of business and government across Africa, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Her experience includes leading commercial operations and managing major infrastructure assets in the private sector, alongside advising senior government officials on national trade policy, infrastructure investment frameworks and industrial reform.

Prior to establishing Émmage Consulting, she served as a Trade and Infrastructure Advisor at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. Earlier in her career, she drove commercial strategy and project delivery at LMI Holdings, one of West Africa’s premier private infrastructure developers. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford.
